- Where are you located?

Our beautiful, well appointed, studio is in downtown Hudson, NC.
We are conveniently located inside the HUB Business Station Arts & Business Center.
We provide on location event coverage in many cities including: Hickory, Lenoir, Wilkesboro, Morganton, Asheville, Charlotte, Winston-Salem and Greensboro, North Carolina. We also travel to most of Western and Central North Carolina ,as well as Eastern Tennessee, Southwestern Virginia and Upstate South Carolina.
- How long have you been in business?

We started professionally (producing art for the general public), in 2000.
We photographed our first wedding in 2004.
We opened our first retail studio (not in our home) in 2018.
We are fully insured and licensed in the state of North Carolina.
- Do you accept reservations?

Yes! We schedule all photography in advance. Our studio hours are by appointment.
Most sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. This reserves your appointment.

- How long is the typical wait?

To reserve a session, we typically schedule several days in advance.
For product delivery times:
Portrait sessions are normally available for download in 7 to 14 days.
Weddings and other complex events are normally available for download in 45 days. Sneak peeks may be sent as early as the same day of the event.
Production items, such as prints and albums vary. Allow from 14 to 30 days.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

Events may be cancelled within 3 days of booking with no penalty.
Portrait sessions, once scheduled, are not refundable. For most sessions, retainers may be used for one future re-schedule time. Limited time or seasonal portrait sessions may not be rescheduled.
